Last year, thanks to your generosity, we raised over $15,000! This money helped fund field trips, technology upgrades, STEM Night, staff appreciation events, and more. Without you and your support, we could not have accomplished all of these amazing things!

This year, we hope to surpass that! Money raised will continue to go directly back into the school for educational programs, classroom resources, campus improvements, and more.


How do I become a sponsor?

To begin your partnership with our school for the 2025-2026 school year, please fill out the form attached. You can also email auesponsors@gmail.com or text Katherine Hendrickson at 210-849-2961. 


Sponsor Incentives:

All business partners will receive the following:

  • Framed certificate of support for display in your business
  • Business logo on Sponsor Banner, to be displayed on the Aue Elementary fence (must have logo by 9/26/2025 to be included on banner)
  • Community Partner PTA Membership

Sponsorship Levels:

Silver Sponsor: $500.00

All benefits listed above, plus:

  • Host a game/activity booth at Gatorfest (February 27, 2026)
  • Business name listed on our Gatorfest t-shirt given to all students

Gold: $1000.00

All benefits listed previously, plus:

  • Dedicated Aue PTA Facebook Page “Thank you” post

Platinum: $1250.00

All benefits listed previously, plus:

  • Logo printed on Gatorfest t-shirt given to all students
  • One business flyer or promo material (i.e. coupon) sent home with all students through backpack mail
  • “Thank You” message to your business on our school marquee for one week

Other Sponsorship Opportunities:

We realize that for some local businesses, a partnership is not financially feasible. For you, we also have the opportunity to sponsor a single PTA school event! You are welcome to have promo materials or flyers at the event and will receive a mention related to that event on our Facebook page. Dollar amount is based on estimated attendance levels:

  • 9/24 – Watch DOGS Launch Party: $350
  • 10/29 – Bike Rodeo: $250
  • 11/14 – Fall Ball: $350
  • 12/17 – Staff Holiday Luncheon: $400
  • 1/29 – STEM Night: $350
  • May – Teacher Appreciation Week (multiple dates): $300
  • 5/20 – 5th Grade celebration: $400

If the sponsorship opportunities listed above are not of interest, we would be grateful if you would consider supporting our Gatorfest Online Auction instead (February 2026). A donation of an item or experience that features your business would be a meaningful contribution to the success of our event and the support of our school! We are happy to store your donation or collect it prior to our event (donations due by 2/1/2026).
